Youth Employment Forum for peace

     Youth Employment Forum  serve as  issue to  discussion  the current youth un employment crisis  for young people  who  will come from different direction, to  discuss their experiences relating to the youth employment challenge and share their information.

Unemployment is one of the most significant societal challenges of our era .It is the global problem and the concerns of the existing world.  Countries must create the enabling environment for public & private partnership to work together for productive jobs over the next decade to ensure sustainable growth and preserve social unity.

In Ethiopia a large share of the population are the one who suffer unreasonably from unemployment, this can most likely leads to conflict participation. Acceptable attention, time, manpower and other supplies must be given to Youth which  enables them to overcome their obstacles, to use their knowledge and skills intelligently and to inject the sparks of innovation and creativity. The Ethiopian youth is not benefited enough from vocational Skills, that helps to inject dynamism & excitement activities towards employment and job creation .

     ሥራ አጥነት ችግር ከብዙ ሁኔታዎች ጋር የተወሳሰነ ድንበር የማይገድበው የብዙ የሀገሮች ትልቅ ፈተና በመሆኑም ከመቼውም ጊዜ የበለጠ አሳሳቢ እየሆነ መጥቶአል፡፡ በተለየም እንደ ኢትዮጵያ ባሉ ሀገራት  አብዛኛውን የሕዝብ ቁጥር የያዘው ስራ ፈላጊ ወጣቶች ባሉበት ችግሩ እጥፍ ድርብ በመሆኑ አሳሳቢነቱ እየተጨመረ  ከፍተኛ ስጋት ሆኖአል ፡፡

በቁጥር በርካታ የሆኑ ስራ አጥ ወጣቶች የመጡበትን ሕብረተሰብ እንዲሸሹ እንዲጠሉ ከዚህም  አልፈው እስከጥግ በመሄድ ወደ ተለያዩ አማጽያን ካምፕ እንዲቀላቀሉ ከሚገፏፏቸው አንዱ የሆነው የስራ ማጣት ችግር ለማቅረፍ መስራት የሁላችንም ኃላፊት ሊሆን ይገባል፡፡ በተለይ የቴክኒክና ሙያ ዕውቀት ማስፋፋትና ማሳደግ ለችግሩ አንዱ የመፍትሔ አቅጣጫ ነው፡፡
