Discussion on Skill Competition Guidelines between Ethioskills and Yeka Subcity

vocational skills competition is the timely issues . It can boast the confidence for competitors. Competition is a great way to exchange experiences & way of working with other people who are in the same profession.
For the growth and development of any country it is of a paramount importance to prepare trained man power that could effectively participate in all economic sectors of the societies. In a country like Ethiopia the existence of trained and productive workforce is also an essential element for the development of the nation. Different measures are being taken by the government with the support of its partners to further contribute in improving the awareness TVET. In light of this, Organizing a skills competition and side events is one of such initiatives undertaken as one project of Ethio Skills Association. Hence, in collaborations Yeka Sub City is now being hosting vocational skills festival as per the skill competition guide line. The discussion between our Association & Yeka Sub City Technical &Vocational Training Technology Development Office has made a considerable progress.
በየካ ክፍለ ከተማ አስተዳደር የቴክኒክና ሙያ ስልጠናና ቴክኖሎጂ ልማት ጽ/ቤትና በኢትዮ ስኪልስ መካከል የሙያ ውድድር መመሪያን አስመልክቶ የተደረገ ውይይት
የወጣቶች ሙያ ውድድር በብዙ የበለፀጉ ሀገሮች አስፈላጊነቱ እጅግ ከፍ ያለ ነው፡፡ ሀገሮች ወጣቶቻውን በስራ ባሕል የሚቀርፁበት ፤በጥሩ ዜጋነት የሚያነፁበት ነው፡፡
ከዚህም ባሻገር ለሀገር እድገትና ልማት ወሳኝ የሆነውን ባለሙያ ለማፍራት በሚደረገው ጥረት ጉልህ ድርሻ አለው፡፡መንግስት የቴክኒክና ሙያ በማህበረሰቡና በተለይም በወጣቱ ላይ በቂ ግንዛቤ እንዲያገኝና ለኢኮኖሚው ጉልበት እንዲሆን እየሰራ ያለው የሚያበረታታ ሲሆን በግል ዘርፍ ሊደረግ የሚገባ ተሳትፎም የሚጠበቅ ነው፡፡
በኢትዮ ስኪልስና በክፍለ ከተማው ጥምረት ታላቅ የወጣቶች የቴክኒክና ሙያ ውድድር ታቅዶ እየተሰራ ነው፡፡ከዚህም አንፃር በመመሪያው ላይ ተነጋግሮ ስምምነት የተደረሰበት ውይይት አጥጋቢ ሆኖ ተመዝግቧል፡፡
