Our mission is to inspire and support youth skill development to combat unemployment and promote entrepreneurship.
message from founder
EthioSkills is an indigenous organization registered by Civil Society as a legal association in accordance with the Civil Society organizations proclamation No1113/2011. We are primarily engaged in youth skill development and make use of their skills to be self -employed as entrepreneurs. The concern came to mind while the founder of this organization selected and invited to attend the 37 world skills competition event held at St. Galen, Switzerland.
Unemployment is one of the most significant societal challenges of our era .It is the global problem and the concerns of the existing world. Countries must create the enabling environment for public & private partnership to work together for productive jobs to ensure sustainable, peace, growth and preserve social unity. In Ethiopia a large share of the population are the one who suffer from unemployment, this can most likely leads to conflict participation and migration.
Ethio Skills believe that technical skills training among Ethiopian youth will provide dramatic change in reducing unemployment. It is equally bringing about change in a national economy. This is crucial to foster a skilled labor force and to ensure skills are those in demand by the current labor market. It is through collective actions that change can occur and unemployment will be disrupted. We call upon everyone to join these efforts.

መልእክት
ኢትዮ ስኪልስ የተመሰረተበት አላማ ወጣቱ በቴክኒክ ኤና ሞያ ላይ እንዲያተኩር በማድረግ ሥራ አጥነትን እንዲከላከል ነው። ይህ ዓይነት ግንዛቤ የራስን ሥራ ለመፍጠር የሚያስችል ነው። በዚህ ሃሳብ ላይ የበኩላችንን ለመሥራት ያነሳሳን የዚህ ድርጅት መሥራች በዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃ በስዊዘርላንድ ሳንጋለን ከተማ የተካሄደውን 37ኛውን የቴክኒክ እና ሞያ ውድድር በእንግድነት ተጋብዞ ከተመለሰ በኋላ ነው።
ሥራ አጥነት አሳሳቢ የሆነ የዓለማችን የዘመኑ ችግር ነው። ሀገራት ሕብረተሰቡን እና የግል ባለሃብቶችን በማስተባበር ሊተጉበት ይገባል። ይህም ዘላቂ ሰላምን ዕድገትን እና አንድነትን ለመፍጠር ድርሻው የጎላ ነው። ኢትዮጵያ ከፍተኛ የሥራ አጥ ቁጥር ይገኙባቸዋል ከሚባሉ ሀገሮች አንዷ እንደመሆንዋ ችግሩ ወጣቶቹን ወደ ግጭት ቀጠና እና ስደት የሚያነሳሳ እንዳይሆን ትኩረት ሊሰጠው ይገባል።
እንደ ኢትዮስኪልስ ግንዛቤ ሞያ እና የቴክኒክ እውቀት ወጤት በሚሰጥ መልክ ቢስፋፋ የሥራአጥ ቁጥርን በመቀነስ የሀገርንም ኢኮኖሚ በማሳደግ ከፍተኛ አስተዋፅኦ እንዳለው ያምናል። በዚህ መንፈስ በጋራ ተነሳስተንና ተባብረን የመፍትሔው አካል እንድንሆን ኢትዮስኪልስ ጥሪውን ያቀርባል።

Youth Entrepreneurs Forum for Peace
The forum is the participation of youth entrepreneurs and peace building activities. It included concerned stakeholders and mainly consists some TVET graduates of the year 2023. This helped in creating awareness for participants regarding garment and fashion industry :
- New strategy to perform better skills.
- Effort to change the ability.
- Focusing on success possible for all who try.
